help make these wheels fit!!

13x5 +42-45. i cant get specific offset but know its really high. I know these most likely will not fit around the calipers without a spacer, but how much? 10 mm? 20? Im leanin more towards 20 but want some opinions before i pull the trigger. thanks

Depends on the wheel design as well. I would think a 5mm spacer would work though. Pic of the wheel?

Also, you could also grind a little off your caliper.
