Sasebo is a bit far from everything. Nagasaki countryside does have a few "tuner" shops though it's usually out of the way, nowhere near train stations and such. It'd be better to know someone there who is into cars to show you and take you there.
Personally, I forget about hunting for parts and just enjoy the trip (and the freezing temps). Have a good time and take lots of pics! Ask to try Saga beef or "Saga gyu", the local beef from that area. Yummy! Not good for you if you're on a diet though. |
