Smile The Powder Puff

Well I just bought my Yaris aka he powder puff. its a 2008 blazing blue pearl 3dr liftback/hatchback. So far its all stock, I plan on tinting the windows soon 25% fronts and 2.5% on all the back windows. I would like to get the hatch spoiler also. I am also planning on doing a cat back exhaust, not sure what i want yet, a cai kit, possibly also doing the throttle body swap also.

I also have a set of Ford Escort ZX2 wheels i am thinking of putting on to see how they look.

Maybe it is just the lighting in those pics, but it looks like you have Bayou Blue, not Blazing Blue. Blazing is 8T0 and Bayou is 8T1 (as shown on the VIN tag on the driver's door frame)

Definitely Bayou Blue. In all the various lighting coming into play in photos here, I've never seen Blaze Blue get that washed out.

Decent wheels. Too bad they are of a 'directional' design. Didn't know we shared 4x100 with Ford.

I posted a pic with the wheels on the car with specs, I guess it hasn't been approved yet. The are ford escort X2 wheels with 175/55/15, I need to get some tires that are closer to stock size though

I was told blazing blue by the salesman who sold me the car, but I agree it's not as dark as blazing blue

So, I did a little bit of stuff to my powder duff today. I painted the plastic valve cover thing with silver rustoleum hammered paint, debaged the rear hatch and washed the car.
