jumpy throtle

so this has been an issue since the car was new, and maybe nothing can be done about it, but i feel like some days its worse

there seems to be a "dead" spot just off throttle, specificly in the pedal itself, and you go from idle to a sudden jump of rpm, you can just smooth and slowly apply throttle it ALWAYS jumps but its only from a stop, the more hill stops were doing in the car the more of a PITA its getting..and with winter setting in i forsee some big issues trying to find traction

so is this an issue im stuck with or something i can fix/adjust...this "fly by wire" crap is a new mystery to me
