2010 Yaris Sedan
Hey Guys,
I have a 2010 Sedan (auto) that is stock. I want to begin to beef it up.. I wanted to swap the engine with something like a 2AZ-FE /w a turbo. I was thinking of trying to find a junked car preferably manual and swap it completely. Has anyone attempted anything like that for this Yaris? |

I know of someone from Asia with a 4age swap but that is the only successful engine swap I've ever seen in a yaris.

With all due respect to the OP, do some searches and do some reading.
There have been several motor swaps into the Yaris, but I think not a 2AZ-FE that I know of. It's a heavier motor, only making 50 more horsepower in its stock form. It's a lot of work for not enough gain to my mind. Do a blacktop swap and you get more bang for the swap buck.

Cali, just noticed you're from Canoga Park. Use to live in Chatsworth. Moved to San Dimas then to New Jersey.
Really miss the warm weather. |

get the Zage turbo kit from Garm...turbo torque is to die for & that would be easier then figuring out a swap
