Question: Yaris' Radiator Fan: Electrical or Clutch-type?
hi! can anyone tell me if the Yaris cooling fan is electrical or mechanical/clutch type?

I don't think very many new vehicles have thermostatic clutch fans anymore. Most are electric. Puts less strain on the engine and improves fuel economy.

awesome! thanks for the quick replies, guys. yes, old thermostatic/clutch fans are a pretty big waste and parasitic
I'm just now switching over my 240SX's to electric fan assemblies |

also note the power steering is electric also, again to save some HP..
