You should be able to bolt on an exhaust yourself.

Hey guys, finally got around to getting some video of my Tanabe Medallion Touring Exhaust. It's everything I expected, sounds great, is not too loud, and everyone loves it.

I have the stock exhaust if anyone needs it.

I'm down with the Tanabe Medalion Touring axle back too! Sounds SWEEEEEET (sorry, no video). It's got a nice, deep bass tone, definitely not too loud, and the immediate power increase was phenomenal! Took 10 minutes to install it...just jacked up the right rear corner and pulled the wheel. Easy peasy!

I want to do an exhaust mod to my yaris in the future but Im still pretty new to the tuning scene I want to do a dual exhaust system with double exhaust tips on each. right now I only have a single exhaust I was wondering if its possible at all to split a stock single into a dual.

for the duel exhaust, I'd like to make a suggestion. We did this with my roomies crx. We used a camero muffler like this one:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/WALKER-EXHAU...sories&vxp=mtr

and we had it custom made to the stock axle back and had them weld extra hangers and you can put any type of duel tip on each end if you wanted.

like this:

see where the exhaust shrinks down to 1.75" after the resonator? if you're going custom, do yourself a favour and replace the exhaust back to there....you won't be disappointed (or buy my midpipe piece i had built from my part-out thread)

makes a very valid point. I keep forgetting that for some reason.. I havent done that yet because I need to keep the Cat on for my class.. ONE day I will drop it off at a exhaust shop and have them weld a pipe in from Cat to axle.

keep the stock cat and res, theyre 2" thru

just cut off the rear which is 1.75" and get something fatter

or this: (see red line for exhaust path)

thanks.. i was gonna drop the res. but if it is 2" anyways, why not keep it..

and according to your diagram.. you want me to put a side exhaust?

Dadams Thank for the suggestions I tried to take it in to an exhaust shop and he said all he could really do was change the tip? he said that the yaris' exhaust system itself was hard to work with or somethin
Id shop around.. Obviously that shop doesn't like custom work nor wants to make a profit.. Somebody will man up and do it. Find another muffler shop
