My new alluminium grill

I changed with more patience the stock grill,cost 38€/56$

Looks really good. Only thing about painted alluminum verses solid black plastic is they tend to chip off over time from road debri etc and then it looks really cheap. You have to touch it up once every couple of months.

What i do is just spray some of the black paint on a q tip and just dab it over the areas where the paint has come off so that way you dont have to take the entire grill off and keep repainting it.

But otherwise looks really good.

yes is custom, by my self. Is a ready to cut and modelling 33x100 cm.

can you show a close up of the lower grill? It looks like it has trim around it.

Very nicely done! I bet the top took a lot of time!

yes take a better pic tomorrow,not have a trim around, use the shape of grill bumper the grill is very smooth and confortable for take all shape,Is attach by silicon glue

Thats the same stuff you buy at home depot. its like .56 a foot or something like that. You can usually cut it yourself with some really sharp scissors or tin snips.

I think that mesh spacing is tighter than what you get at Home Depot. Plus he did an excellent job of forming the mesh to the grill opening so that it's not just a flat piece layed in behind it.
