They are available at the moment in the Stainless finish and the Satin finish. The Gunmetal, Flat Black and Mirror finishes will be available in two weeks. This is a special offer before we add this option to the website, the quantities are very limited for these new engraved shift knobs.

On with the pictures…

Unfortunately, we have no boot available for the Yaris.

The M1 Abrams weighs approx. 460 grams the A6 Leopard approx. 485 grams. They are both 2 inches in diameter, the M1 Abrams height is 1.9" and the A6 Leopard height is 2 3/8".

All our weighted shift knobs will fit any cars with a threaded shifter shaft, we provide the aluminum insert with the good thread size for your car.

After owning the TRD brushed shift knob for about a year and a half now, I can say that the only thing that sucks about it is that in a hot FL summer, be sure to have a cloth or glove to wrap around it.... ouch, you might burn your hand. I guess that goes for all metal shift knobs, I just keep a "drivin glove" in my "glove box" lol

Hi,

You're right, all metal shift knobs tend to get hot in direct sunlight. I usually just put a baseball cap over it to keep it cool on a hot summer day.

I keep a cotton wristband (like they use in tennis) on mine when the car is parked on hot days. I have TWM weighted shift knobs in all of my cars, I love them!

It was actually snowing this morning when I came to work :) My satin Abrams shift knob was a little chilly, time to break out the driving gloves I guess!

I would love a knob like this but do you know how the fit is with 2009 shift boot? The boot almost looks like it's stitched to the underside of the lip of the knob in 2009. I am wondering if it would look weird or not be flush. Do you have a picture with a knob on an 09'?

We did not have the occasion to try the shift knob on the '09 Yaris yet, but from the look of the shift boot, I would say the M1 Abrams would be the best choice, the round base of this shift knob would look better on the shift boot.

Yes, with the threaded aluminum insert it will fit right on to the TWM short shifter as well as the stock shifter!

Thanks,

Frank
