I'm thinking now that it might be where I'm loosing my 2psi of boost. Tomorrow... um today now, LOL (12:30am), I'm going to look for a one way vacuum valve to put into the line. But before installing, I'm going to move the boost gauge line to the back side of the EVAP valve and see if the gauge moves at all, witch it shouldn't.

Blue,
Not sure if you have Princess Auto there or not. If so, you can pickup the Autel Unit which will read not only CEL's but alot of other helpful info.
It "seems" to do as much as some of the more expensive options.
Just a thought. Good on ya mate!!

Yeah, I've got a Princess Auto 10min from home I've never seen that computer before though. Looks pretty cool.

Oh and turns out I had forgoten to plug the EVAP purge solenoid back in

I'm pretty sure that was my CEL problem LOL.

To update, even though I've since taken the turbo off, the CEL was caused from a lack of the EVAP valve not being plugged in. My own mistake.

I'm now 100% sure that the lack of top end power was due to not having an intercooler and the charge getting too hot. I hooked up a TechStream computer (from Toyota) and monitored all engine vitals. After the motor was heat-soaked from sitting idling for 10 min. the timing was pulling back from 30°+ at 2200rpm an nearly no load, to 15-17° at WOT. There's where all my power was going.

Now due to the fact that I'm starting school again in a less than 4 days, and don't have any expendable money to build the turbo the way it should be, it for sale if anyone wants it.
