Problem help

Hi friends. Disaster struck, I broken automatic transmission. For repairs requested $ 4k. How much you worth after selling a new or in good condition?

I dont quite understand the question.

Are you asking how much is a new or used (in good condition) transmission?
or
How much is a Yaris worth new or used?

I guess that depends on if you have a junkyard close by or not. I'd look there first.

There's nothing that I want.
Yaris Sedan 2007-2008 recently were imported into Russia from the USA and Canada.

a new one is probably only found at the dealership. and your looking at a couple thousand for that.

but for a used one, you are taking a gamble if you havent seen the trans in the car and running prior to purchase. Used transmissions (auto) i see run from 200-1000 dollars depending on the seller, buyer and location

I want to thank CTScott for their help in my problem.
The person responded to my trouble. Found my transmission and sent to Russia.
This position deserves great respect. Once again, thank you Scott.

The transmission was off of a 2008 that only had 3,800 miles on it before the owner decided to try to pass a trailer truck by going under it. The car only had damage from the top edge of the hood and up, so the drivetrain was perfect. I have actually purchased a lot of parts off of the car, and even saw it running before the junkyard pulled the engine and tranny to put them on the shelf.

The junkyard charged me $600 + sales tax, so I loaded it into my Xterra for $636. You can often pick them up for far less on eBay (as cheap as $250), but not with such low miles.

I was originally going to ship it via UPS Freight and even spoke to UPS to get a quote and verify some things regarding the create. UPS quoted me a little over $500 to ship it. I had it crated and was ready to bring it to the UPS Freight depot and called them one more time to verify which airport in Moscow Mikhail would need to pick it up from. At that time UPS told me that due to Russian customs issues, they can not ship a freight item to an individual. It would have to go to a business and that business would have to do tons of paperwork to get it out of customs.

So, thinking that we were dead in the water, I called USPS for the heck of it to see if I disassembled it into 70 lb parcels (the max weight for USPS) if they would ship it. The answer was not just "Yes", but that USPS has less issues delivering to individuals in Russia than they do to people in Italy or Spain.

So, out of the crate it came. I then proceeded to disassemble it, literally on a freight scale, working towards getting the main body of the transmission to be less than 65 lbs, so that it plus packaging would equal less than 70 lbs.

I ended up with three boxes.

Box 1 of 3 - 66 lbs.
1. Toyota Yaris U340 Transmission Case

Box 2 of 3 - 36 lbs.
1. Differential
2. Oil Pump
3. Input Shaft/Forward Clutch Hub Assy.
4. Oil Strainer Assy. w/screws
5. AT Oil Pan Assy. w/screws
6. Manual Detent Spring Assy. w/screws
7. Transmission Wire
8. Speedometer Sensor
9. Accumulator Pistons x3
10. Check Ball Assy.
11. Gaskets x4
12. Bell Housing Bolts x11
13. Oil Pump Bolts x7

Box 3 of 3 - 52 lbs.
1. Bell Housing
2. Torque Converter
3. Valve Body

I took pictures of every step of the disassembly process and provided Mikhail with the attached detailed document on how to reassemble it. I learned a lot during the process and now am completely ready to install a limited slip differential in Crashy's automatic transmission.
