Well I just double checked. I took a VEEERY close look at the speaker in the drivers side and there is a speaker there. Paper cone OEM of course. I did some hunting around and it sounds like it uses 6.5" in the front. I am not sure about the back yet. I am still keeping a close eye out for the dash kit.

Well, if I were you I'd just be happy you got the lb you wanted. From what I hear they're rare in the states. Anyways, GHHEEEEEEEEETTOOOOOOOO!!!!!

Wow...that is ghetto. But at least you got the speaker prep on it. If I could hav gotten $400 taken off for my MP3 radio/CD I would have and put the money towards a better stereo.

Heh. Well I am glad you guys like it. LOL. Yeah it is Ghetto. I show it to my fiends, show then the little sub woofer, AC adaptor, inverter. Bwaaahahaha.. I am still waiting for Metra to come out with a proper Yaris dash kit.

If the car came with no headunit... does that mean it came with no speakers at all? I cant think of the last time cars were sold without a tape deck / cd player! Even cars in the 1970s came with radios.
