Do my open windows count? :P
So far, I'm loving the new car smell. Probably I won't be putting any because in my experience all smell too chemical and the smell goes away within 2-3weeks tops. |

if you get that squash thing that blackRabbit has.. it lasts for a long time ^^
Mine lasted for quite some time. Then I started to get use to the smell I think? But others told me it smelled great :D |

air fresheners make me sick, i feel like puking when i ride for a while in a car with one in it, must be allergic or something.
so i go with the natural smell which so far hasn't been too bad....as long as i don't forget my hockey bag in it, i'm ok. |

Is there any way to get the new car smell back? What do the dealers use anyway?

I heard recently of a study anyways that those chemicals are building up to toxic levels in peoples bodies, so it's just as well, I think. I use Lee Vallley's Volcanic Deodorizer that is all natural. It doesn't add a smell but absorbs thems, keeping things neutral. I keep it under the passenger seat in my current car...not sure where I will hide it in my new Yaris when I get it. |

Chris07LB. there's a stationery store here that sells them for $15, and Versus Motorsports sells them too. Don't know if you have any stationery stores around your area, but it's a place to look if you do have one! ^^
