Mine is not lose and when I turn it, a change of the air flow pattern can be noticed. Time to make good use of the warranty?

Sigh, i went to the dealer, and they took a look at it. What happen was, when they installed my A/C they forgot to reconnect the Dial for my Air intake selection.
So now they reconnected it but didn't put my plastic interior cover back on properly. I gonna just take it apart n put it back my self. Waste time to go to the dealer to have them do it again. |

Dealer's tech is like gambling every time when I bring it back. At times when you hit the good guy who will be very detail of checking and doing everything properly. But there are time I wonder if they know what they are doing! It seems like we would know more than they do since it's still a new car and they don't bother reading all the manual and stuff like we do.

Instead of the owner's manual, you may need a repair manual my friend. Another trip to the dealership?
Good to know that the A/C is fine and the knob has been fixed! |

I take it you have not taken common courtesy classes....way to be mature in response. No matter how you slice it the dealership should have fixed it in the one trip. Yah, you should prolly check b4 you leave that they got it right, but on the flip side that is one of the reasons why you go dealer direct and not to the local lift shop...because you should be getting top quality work. It is terrible in the day and age that you get subpar from so many "direct dealers" as opposed to Bob the mechanic in the lift shop.
