DIY Front Lip Options?
Hello everyone,
Has anyone on here tried to modify a lip for another car to fit on a liftback? I was looking at a VW Golf lip and it looks like it could be easily modified to fit our cars. Any thoughts? I refuse to pay the 300+ for the Seibon CF lip that I know will get destroyed in a matter of months with all of the highway driving my car sees (a lot of construction on the highways that I drive on). So far I'm thinking that the VW Golf lips and the EP Civic lips can be "massaged" to fit our cars. Anyone try a lip from any of these cars? If I could get some measurements on a lip for either car that would help a lot. -KP |
