I dont have pics but i enjoy everything made by greddy. I have a oldschool greddy/grex in my honda. I have a greddy weighted ball, a razo suede model, a sparco ball and a mugen type.

That's a nice knob (echo_hrs' post).
The neat thing about MOMO knobs and MOMO boots is that the boot threads directly to the base of the knob making it look very seamless. You'll notice in the top photo that the knob as a "knob base" for universal applications so that it the knob looks properly seated. The bottom picture shows the MOMO boot + MOMO boot/knob adapter + MOMO knob. It looks very good in that respect because it looks like a single piece. Maybe table that suggestion to Redline Accessories in the event thay you do get a MOMO knob?

On Topic:
I removed the leather wrapped RS shift knob once I took delivery and was using this: MOMO SHADOW That's been removed now, as I am now using this knob (fits Toyota/Scion by direct screw on): Autobahn Kraftwerks Speed Star Mesh

Funny..
But I didn't realize how much the Speed Star mesh looks like a microphone.

I have the OEM leather one.
Does it worth it to change it?

If you like it, and it is comfortable, then no need to change.
I wanted to change mine because I did not like the leather, and found it uncomfortable too. It also did not look very sporty, so I changed it.

In fact I really like it and it is not as hard as I thought to be using it with the short shift.

Any body who worries about their shifter getting hot or cold this is a tip i have for you. I put a crown royal bag on mine when its parked so it never gets hot and it does not get crazy cold. I drive with gloves most of the time anyway...just thought it might help.
