(pretty simple) Or if you are in Northern California I will swap yours out for you. Same with armrest but no instructions. The mud/snow mats are hard plastic made for the Venza so fit is not perfect (did cut out a notch to work the fuel door release) but they hold lots of mud/snow, etc. If I could only have one item it would have been the armrest. Until you have one you don't know what you are missing.
