-5c/L at CT today

might just be local to me, but i went to fill up the aveo this morning at my local CT gas bar (as i get the CT money on my credit card) and they were having 5c off per liter of gas - - in a promotion to sell the CT gas card (which i used to have when i lived in ontario the last time)

ended up going back w/ the yaris which was down to 3 bars cus gas was only 86.7/L for regular

ended up filling the aveo (which was at/around E) for $33.41 and the yaris for $26.25

My co-workers also use canadian tire gas. They get 10 cents off per Litre when using their Canadian Tire master card. (8 cents if their monthly usage is under $2000).

My car favours Shell's premium, but if CT's gas can return similiar fuel consumption... Win. Win.

Funny, the CT gasbar on Fairview in Burlington was just bulldozed. Just noticed today. The excavator was still on the site. Just a big hole-in-the-ground now.

8 years later i get a reply, lol

ive always used CT gas....i dont find a difference. i used to have a CT gas card when i was in ontario w/ my xrs....save 10c/L all the time and i drove A LOT. now i just used my CT options mastercard to rack up the CT money for in-store use. i consistently get 6.66L/100km (~600km on ~40L) on CT gas in-city modded the way i am

i've had no problems with CT gas. Back then, i had applied for a CT MC, but never activated it. Then i saw this 2cents/litre rebate at Petro-Canada, so i went for that.

I could switch back to CT, and rack up some CT money, but then PC is easier access for me.
