Insurance and smash repair
Some son of a ***** too knocked my car jus days after i drove it from the dealer. Now i got a bad record from AAMI and so the insurance jus soared $600 more to about $2100 for NRMA. Anyone has any idea how I can get a cheaper comprehensive insurance now ? or is there any other alternative insurance company to NRMA or AAMI.
And can anyone suggests to me how much would a dent about 10 x 10 cm on the rear bumper cost for the smash repair Thanx mates |

Hair dryer and keyboard air spray cleaner....well i heard that works...
call a painless dent remover.....they will do a 10x10cm dent for about $150

get a hairdryer...........dry the dent for about 30secs - 1 min........after its all hot get that keyboard air can spray and spray it.....it should pop out
as i said smash repairs can rip u off.....but the average price to pop a 10x10cm dent is about 150

but i reckon that it will still have some sort of a mark right ? as in wont be as good as it used to be right ? thinking of bringing it to a smash repairer if its onli costing about 150.
another qns if i use the hairdryer method, is there anything that can replace a keyboard air can spray.no idea where i can get one of that. on another thought, im wondering if the method actually works.shall try one day |

I've never heard of this. Wow, that's good to know for future reference. It's only a matter of time before I get a dent in my Yaris.
