Factory deck, new speakers sound no sound??

Replaced my front "infinity reference" and back "MTX" speakers running stock 6cd changer hu. Was working for 10 mins then "zip sound" no more audio, then came back now nothing. Tested HU with ext speakers , nothing. Dealership replace new hu, still nothing. Speakers tested good. Bad grounding or is there a AMP block preventing these speakers not to play?

I had the HU replaced by dealership and they say still no sound.
Does our cars have any "block" for 3rd party speakers, when I removed the original speakers they looked like cheap, but they sounded ok, maybe the stock unit or something in the car has it amplified, if not in the hu maybe somewhere else, would anyone know?

What are the ratings on your new speakers? They may be overloading the amplifier within the stock HU, particularly if they are much lower impedance than the OEM ones.

the speakers run at 2ohm impedence and your factory speakers run at a 4ohm impedence, this is most likely the problem as your factory deck cannot run at 2ohm. the best thing too do is change yur deck, you will get an increase from 20watts each speaker too 50 watts a speaker. if yu choose to change yur deck yu will loose yur 6cd changer but there are many benefits aside from that. pm me i work for a car audio shop if yu need any audio.
