Development ('Whys+Wherefores') re 'Refreshed' 2015 Yaris (not the 'Mazda Twin')

Given information that other members have uncovered, I'd guess that the USDM will (with possibly different options and standard equipment) get the 2015 Yaris 'Refresh' slated for both the European and Canadian markets (not to be confused with the 'Mazda Twin from Mexico' coming after that). To get a better idea what Canadians will get (and possibly those of us in the U.S ), I performed the search 'specifications options 2015 Canadian Toyota Yaris'.

^^^^^ This was one of the hits re that search. I found the text interesting .

. Irrespective of that, do you think the increased European input (both parts and ideas) = improvement....or a negative factor ?

No thanks. I'll stick to my bubble looking car. The body lines flow much better on the 1st and 2nd gen.

For me it's the interior. Except for the non-split rear seat, the 'polka dots', and the driver's seat comfort that takes a backserat to the 3rd Gen, I wish I could move my 2nd Gen interior (with all the nooks and crannies ) into a new Yaris.
