need to tighten subframe..?
my car creaks when turning the wheel to the right. after reading multiple threads, it seems the creak sound by my front right tire may be caused to loose subframe bolts. I'll get under the car tomorrow, but before i do so does anybody know what size bolts they are or if i could possibly ruin my car by just making them as tight as possible?
if it isn't the subframe i guess ill check the sway bar bushings. thanks in advance

Check for the TSB regarding the subframe bolts. Toyota was replacing some however mine was past warranty so I bought the two bolts in question. Had a shop remove the broken one (using an air chisel to turn it out) and replace both. Cost me under $120.00 compared to Toyota's >$700.00 quote, which included replacement of some subframe components and a complicated process.
