Buying a Yaris - Toyota Yaris Forums

Hey All,
I'm new here and i'm seriously considering buying a 5 door auto YR Yaris hatchback and this afternoon i'm going in to the local Toyota dealership to find out a price. You don't need to sell me on the virtues of a Toyota... my previous car (a 2003 Corolla Ascent sedan) was legendary and i would've kept her forever had i not been involved in an accident that ended with my car being written off.

So yes, i am pretty confident that a Yaris will be a good car for me.
How do they go for fuel economy?
Is there anything i should know about?
