Anyone know the part number for this?
I've become convinced that anyone can order just about anything from a Toyota distributor after I found the S ground effects set on the inventory of a dealership online. So does anyone know the part number for the S liftback gauge cluster? You know - the gauge cluster with the tachometer that was only available in the S model?
Thanks to anyone who knows the part number. While I'm at it, I might as well ask: where does a person find all of these part numbers?

Well, I'm prepared to swap a lotta lotta wiring and whatnot. I'm not really concerned with how it won't work, but rather what I need to make it work

it wont work, mileage and info is stored in the cluster not the ECU like we believed
so if you swap it your mileage will be off, i believe you need to swap the ECU's and get a new wire harness ohh the gauge cluster is not cheap also i think like 400+ so cluster, ECU, wire harness, its why nobody on here has done it... people have tired, and came up with it not working |

Like I said, I'm ready to spend a lot of money doing this swap. If you want something bad enough, then you should just go ahead and get it.
All I wanted was the part number. Guess I'll just go to a Toyota dealer and work with them.

Well it was certainly helpful.
I have a liftback, and the part numbers you gave were for a sedan. It's a good start for me though. Thanks!

Because I don't really like the new facelift, and $700 is way less money than $8000 after trade-in.

Hey I had a thought about this. Feel free to call me crazy and move on, but I thought I'd throw it out. So if the mileage is stored in the gauge cluster, and you don't want to deal with all of that junk - do you think an electrical engineer or someone could remove JUST the tach from the cluster you buy, and put it in your car? I haven't ever looked at the boards behind on a yaris with a tach, but if they are separate boards(tach and rest of cluster) and they have separate wires, it might be easier to just pull the tach and have a custom install. You get an in gauge tach, and get to keep your mileage.

or just get a small aftermarket tach and save yourself 600+ to put into other mods?
