Mixing wheel sizes. front 195/60r15, back 195/65r15 (or viceversa)

Im in need of replacing the 2 front wheels as 1 year ago i replaced the back ones...

I originally had 185/60r15, when i replaced the back ones i bought them 195/60r15 so, a little wider but same everything else.

Right now there is a sale of x2 195/65r15 so that would make them a bit taller... can this be done? or the difference be an issue???

My gut is telling me not to mix them, but maybe there is no problem if i do this...
