DIY fog lights

Hey guys,
I’m driving a 2007 1.5L auto and live Australia.
Just thought I’d put this here incase it helps anyone?
After a bit of searching around I couldn’t find much info so hopefully this helps the next person that wants to install some fog lights…
So I purchased a fog light kit from eBay ($85) and it came with all wiring harness, plugs, fuse, switches. But I didn’t want all the extra wires and an after market button/switch in my car when it’s got a factory fog light switch on the stalk with lights/blinkers.
I’m not sure in other countries but this little Yaris has a rear fog lamp that comes hooked up and operates (bright red globe) but the front fog lamp switch does nothing.
So here’s what I’ve done..
-installed eBay lamps in bumper.
-chucked away harness/switch.
-purchased a 12v 30amp relay (same as rear fog relay) from supercheap auto $14.
-ground the lights to car.
-ran lights positive (red wire) into engine bay fuse box and plugged them into the “fog lamp pins”.

…the most straightforward and simplest install of after market lamps that now operate like a “factory product”.
I’ll attach some pics to hopefully show the relay location (had to purchase) and the fog lamp pin location (had to plug in).
