DIY hood lift brackets
Since most people didn't have the ability to bend the brackets...I have the material for 5 sets. the other materials needed to complete the hood lift are listed in the DIY.....
http://www.yarisworld.com/forums/showthread.php?t=6741 I could ship them to you for $10....without coating/paint, or $12 primed with gloss or satin black, or aluminum paint. Paint will be daily driver quality not show (with sandpaper/spray primer/spray paint they could be nice...DIY right). This is done only for a favor for YW members (remember only 5 sets), my time in this is free the cost hardly covers shipping and materials. So if anyones interested PM me. The folowing pictures are poor quality....my camera has seen its better days.

I am not making money on this, I am not selling from a supplier who is making money....and from any rules I can find this section is open for anyone that has something to sell related to Yaris......why is this any different than selling a set of wheels??? because selling wheels or anything other part is making money. US Postal shipping from Minnesota to California is $9.73 (3 pound package)according to my post office, and I have to package/cut/bend/drill....

Guys, the situation is a bit confusing, I admit, but let's try to clear it up now.
From what I understand, churp is in the right, he is doing this as a service, at cost, not promoting another company's product, so he would not really need to become a vendor unless he later chooses to make complete sets and sell them in higher numbers and for a profit.

Churp, I'll take a set. Leave them unpainted. I have primer, paper and paint here. Let me know how to send payment.

I really don't know....???? Anyone else know if the distance from the front bolt on motor mount is the same distance from the hood hinge, LB to Sedan?
1 set left (sorry I used one set to replace my prototypes).

bolt center to center on the sedan measures
16.5" on the prop 18.25" at full extension that is from the top of the bolt, so about .5" more to the bottom of the bolts....if anything the brackets should work just the same, might just need a different length cylinder |
