I have parasitic draw in D/L No. 1 Fuse 25A

Hello everyone I have frustrating problem in my
Toyota Yaris sedan 2019 engine model 2NR-FE
After reconnecting negative 12V cable with multimimeter I have about 120-160 mA parasitic draw and with pulling out fuses I have found after removing 25A D/L No.1 Fuse. The parasitic draw becomes about 10mA.
As I have searched for this fuse i have found in net stands for "Power door lock system, main body ECU" in very close models.
My car had only one small accident in the back.
Now I want to know where to look to find the exact culprit? What is wiring diagram for this fuse?
Many thanks for your help
