Smile What are your highway RPM's in your M/T Yaris?

Hi everyone,

In your manual transmission Yaris, what RPM's does your engine run at during: 80, 100 and 120km/hr? Intel from a stock North American 06+ sedan is a bonus. I'm curious how it compares to the automatic transmission.

Thanks!

For comparison sake the RPMs on my 2020 Corolla with variable speed transmission are ~ 1700 at 60 miles an hour.

I remember my 74 Volkswagen beetle with a manual transmission pulled 3000 RPMs at 60 miles an hour

i got manual yaris base sedan gen 3 2016 1.3 2NZFE MidEast Version

80km/hr ~2500rpm+
100km/hr ~3000rpm+
120km/hr ~3500rpm+

OT: I drove it average 130-140km/hr @4200rpm+ for 13 straight hours from Al-Ula to Riyadh under alternating weather changes (sandstorm and some areas with rainshower). Arrived in Riyadh by midnight, convoy with other yaris, Expedition and Cruze. Ride was spectacular

28 miles per gallon and I drove it mostly 30 miles to work and back. And I think I was going 60 miles an hour then too.

Thanks everyone! Looks to be not much different than my A/T. I'm looking forward to swapping transmissions this fall.
