I wonder how to get past the passenger air bag and seat belt light. There must be a way of hooking up the sensors to work with the Bride seats.

from what I remember, the passenger seat has a weight sensor in it, anything over that limit and the air bag light and seatbelt light goes off. removing the seat all together means you removed that sensor in the seat's bottom, and it probably needs to relay the signal. was there any connections you had to unplug while removing the original seat?

Does the Yaris have side-impact airbags that come out of the seat?

take out the plug behind the passenger warning lights... the risk of flying through the windscreen in the event of a crash is a small price to pay in exchange of resting their butts on such sexy upholstery...
