Yaris/Vitz iPhone/Android Dash/Windscreen Car Mount

Hey guys. What are you recommendations here?

I have a google Nexus 4. I like having my phone mounted and in easy reach as I use it quiet a bit for navigation. Its also nice to have it in arms reach for changing my music.

The current windscreen mount I have has a very short base. The Yaris windscreen is quiet deep and I therefore need to lean forward in order to get to my phone. Mounting it higher up the windscreen brings it closer but that does not look or work very well either. I have thought if getting one of those that mount to the dash.

Your thoughts? Whats your recommendations? What do you use?

Cheers

I use a RAM mount X-Grip

I have it screwed into the dash by the glove box. It works well because I have 2 phones in different cases and the xgrip always works. I have recently upgraded to a new bluetooth setup so I dont have to Aux in the phone anymore.

there are lots of options available from RAM mounts as the entire system is modular http://www.gpscity.com/search/q=xgrip

Thanks for the tips. Those RAM mounts look very good and I'm thing about getting one of them. I much rather like having it mounted closer to the radio than on the windscreen.
