FS: DC Sports Header + New A/F Sensor
I am selling my DC Header, has been on the car since June 2008. Was purchased from Dan over @ We Sell Car Parts for $265. Returning car back to stock. Part # THC4407 and will be shipped in the original box.
If it matters I've been on YW for a good number of months now, I had to re-register due to the hack deal. I also purchased a brand new A/F Sensor from Ken over at Sparks for 170.25, Toyota part # 8946752020 due to my original one being cross threaded in my stock exhaust manifold and unable to be removed. I am in the Naperville/Aurora/Fox Valley area of IL (zip 60503) if anyone would like to pick up. Asking $200 for the header + 5.00 to ship or can pick up and save the 5 bucks. Asking $125 for the sensor shipped, Ken cut me a deal, Naperville Toyota wanted almost $300 for this sensor. I can post pictures in a few days, header still on car and will be removed Saturday 11/15. Havent had time to fire up the heater in the garage yet. Thanks guys..... Tony **Added picture, had to resize so it may look a bit funky. I have original box. I'll let it go for 180.00 local pick up or 190.00 shipped anywhere in the US. Thanks 11/17; I'll let this go for $180 shipped anywhere in the US, this is almost $100 less than what I paid 3 months ago! Last edited by Return of the Yarii; 11-17-2008 at 07:08 AM. |

I installed the DC header, AEM intake and TRD exhaust all at the same time and can honestly say I felt a definite improvement. Overall the car seems to be a bit smoother and noticeably quicker. Although the DC header and AEM intake cost a bit more the true savings come from the quality of the product and fit and finish. Everything fit perfectly as it should.

people say you have gains from the header in high rpms, but you lose torque. I don't have a header so I don't know. but that's what i've read from some users on here.

You lose LOW END power, but you get it back in the high end. IMHO, I think you're better off stacking most of the power in the high end. Since the low end sucks anyways. Losing a teeny bit more isn't going to make a big difference.

Just have him ship it to me, man... you can help me take out my back seat and put in the cross brace.
