SPEC D High/Lows...?

I got these installed.

My question is shoild both bulbs come on in high beam mode?

Or is one bulb highs and the other lows?

When I originally installed both were lit up on the low setting.

This was obviously no good for both on at same time with low setting.

I switched 2 wires on the H4 and know both bulbs are indipenent on high low setting.

Videos of other model/cars spec d with 2 bulbs show both lit up in high mode though.

I do like the look after replacing the rings to brighter better ones.So I dont want to go back to stock.
