Vitz = Japan-only Domestic Market model
Yaris = For the rest of the world

I think you're wanting the Vitz RS look, as you can see above, a stock Yaris already resembles a Vitz, although I think the North American models have slightly bigger bumpers.

The most common mod is the JDM Vitz badge, and RS LED rear tail lamps. A few go for the JDM Vitz RS front and rear bumpers, which make the car look a lot more aggressive (no more smiley happy front face!).

Other than a RHD conversion, that's pretty much the JDM Vitz RS look in a nutshell.

Ah, ok. I thought you wanted to know what a JDM Vitz looked like.

Had a quick look on Google images and it seems most of the Japanese Vitz are lowered, with race inspired rim styles of around 16-17 inch diameter, some have spoilers and/or skirts.

Not too much in the way of stickers and vinyls.
