it will not let me post my pics they are to big. How do i down size them???

Ok now here's what you do... think small.

No seriously if you have photoshop you can go to the image pulldown and resize the image. There are a few check boxes in the dialouge box, mess with em and you will be able to downsize the image and the file size. In windows paint you can crop the image, or if thats not an option then resize the image and make it smaller which i'm nearly positive decreases the quality and filesize. Its probably a good idea to save the images as a copy and then downsize those, so you still have the original good quality stuff in case you need it later for something.
