View Full Version : Are these oil pressure readings within range?

I just installed a sandwich plate and oil pressure sensor. The oil pressure gauge is finally connected and I shot a video to show the readings at various RPMs.

I was wondering if others of you who have oil pressure gauges are seeing the similar readings. I've never had one so I have nothing to go by.

totally normal. Might even show 90+ on cold start.

looks good, commentry could show a little more urgancy ,
then you would sound you like fighter pilot :laugh:

how did you install the pressure gauge? maybe a diy?

Ok, I'll work on it. Not really a DIY since I did not take pictures along the way but I'll kludge something up.

Tamago, you're right but sometimes pictures help those who have not gone through it. Otherwise, I could have said the same for the supercharger...

1. remove the parts you don't need
2. bolt on supercharger parts
3. wire to ECU
4. boost and grin

is sandwich plate size is 20mm 1.5thread just wondering? And, it should be 20 - 80 in range.

I want to get one of these to go with that mod you did. And mout it behind the steering wheel for a oem look. And get a oil pressure oil temp and coolant temp gauges.
