Got lucky!

I got so lucky today. I was planning on heading down to my Toyota dealer tomorrow morning to place an order for a silver liftback, but around 4PM today they called to notify me that they got a liftback in. I went down there and lo and behold, it's in the silver color that I want AND it had the power package w/ ABS, EBD, and front and side curtain air bags. Anyway, a couple of hours later and I'm home with my new Yaris!

Took 9-10 days to get ours and I thought that was good.

My sister called me this morning to talk about getting a LB like ours. The dealers had just told her 60-90 days for a LB. She also wants a loaded one in an acceptable color, so it's going to be a real chore.

Oooh, I just got a Toyota ad in the mail today. 25% off any accessory / part at any Toyota Parts Center in my region. It's good only on the morning of Saturday September 16 though and good on only one item. Lets see what else do I want...

I really want keyless entry. I guess if I have that 25% off, I'll get this:
