Why Men Don't Write Advice Columns "ASK MIKE"

Dear Mike,

I hope you can help me here. The other day, I set off for work leaving my husband in the house watching the TV as usual. I hadn't driven more than a mile down the road when the engine conked out and the car shuddered to a halt. I walked back home to get my husband's help.

When I got home I couldn't believe my eyes. He was in our bedroom with the neighbors daughter. I am 32, my husband is 34, and the neighbor's daughter is 22. We have been married for ten years. When I confronted him, he broke down and admitted that they had been having an affair for the past six months. I told him to stop or I would leave him.

He was let go from his job six months ago and he says he has been feeling increasingly depressed and worthless. I love him very much, but ever since I gave him the ultimatum he has become increasingly distant. He won't go to counseling and I'm afraid I can't get through to him anymore..

Can you please help?

Sincerely,

Sheila

--------

Dear Sheila:

A car stalling after being driven a short distance can be caused by a variety of faults with the engine. Start by checking that there is no debris in the fuel line. If it is clear, check the vacuum pipes and hoses on the intake manifold and also check all grounding wires. If none of these approaches solves the problem, it could be that the fuel pump itself is faulty, causing low delivery pressure to the injectors.

I hope this helps,
Mike

Sorry to say but this one breaks it down for you in the text and even titles each paragraph. :iono: Risky loans were the down fall of those banks. My job as it is now is to investigate financial crimes associated with those loans and business transactions. The smaller banks will suffer for now.

Dear KCalb:

Do you think it's appropriate for my ex to call me to ask me to help him fine-tune his online dating profile? (yes, I'm serious, and yes, he's serious, too.)

He thinks it's a perfectly fine favor to ask and since he did me a favor recently, and I should return the favor.

Now, I have no problem returning the favor but this one, hmmmm... IDK not sure it's such a great idea.

What does the great KCALB thinks about that ? (when he's done laughing, of course)

Wow, first of all he has got a big set to even ask. Friends or not, after a relationship has ended, one needs to have a little more tact than that. I don't know the particulars of the relationship (married or just ex bf) or who was at fault to end the relationship. Again, WOW! If he doesn't know himself enough to update it, my guess is he was the one parking the beef bus in someone elses terminal if you know what I mean. Seriously, I would tell him go on a journey and find himself. like I said, if he doesn't know himself, he sure as hell won't find a woman.

Bamboo and Bambo have been scene all over the world lately, but no photographic evidence has surfaced to be credible. George Carlin could answer those questions AND describe football all in one

oh yeah,

Baseball: Why is it when it is the third strike and there is a swing/miss if the ball is in the dirt the batter must be tagged out?
Same reason that is the batter swings on a curveball, the catcher fails to catch the ball and it hits the dirt, rolling pasdt him. He fails to control the ball and he heads to first base and he is safe mnost likely.

Why do they call them apartments when they are all stuck together?
An apartment building is actually one building with lots of SEPARATE living spaces. And the word comes from the Latin word for "separate," "appartare"

Why do we drive on a parkway and park on a driveway? This idea dates back before the time of the interstate system to the time of the great depression. In 1931, there was a WPA (Works Project Administration) project called Skyline Drive in the National Park Service's Shenandoah National Park in Virginia. This was a 105 mile road through the national park which provided a panoramic view of the park. Completed in 1939, it was thought that all long stretches of roads would run though parks to the point where long roads were deemed "parkways

A driveway is a road that you drive on, typically either to the street or your garage.

Everyone knows Zelda IS the Pegasus but wears a thong and goes by the name Omar Shabang Jenkins. The Ninja's represent the falic symbol while the marshmealow mountain contains rich sources of latic-cydrilogical deposits found only in New Zealand and parts of Chile. Phase 10 is just another name for Wesley Snipes....."Always bet on black".

These types of parks should be everywhere for kids and promotes active learning and fun. If I were you, I'd send that link to your local Parks and Recs Department as a kick in the butt to push for this in your area.

Good question, Garmito!! When I bought my first one, I bought it used from a landscaping company. Yeah it has a few oil stains on it from the mowers, but so would most after use anyways unless you want to go aluminum. $3000would get you a new one nice and shiney in aluminum plus the tire rack I'm sure. But if you care to go used I would check with Uhaul, Penske, Mayflower, etc. All of the moving companies are a good place to start since most trailers have to be registered, you can pretty much say that it was inspected to meet the highways standards in CA.

Going new, you are looking at a dime a dozen as far as companies.
