the stock Tein is 1.9 drop and we modified to 2.1 couple of months after first installed.
These pics taken about 2 years after the mod.
The Spector tire, they were long gone prior to the pics.
After the Spector, I've used set of Goodyear Eagle F1 GS D3 (215/40) and then set of Federal (215/40)
If i'm not mistaken, both pics taken with the Goodyear set mounted.
215/40s gave me rubbing headache in daily basis, so i went back to 205/40. Happy ever since..

That's my other(other other) car...smoked headlights, and one of those tinted license plate covers. That's Toyota paint on my 70 Cougar, I figured the Yaris(or "YARDOG" as I like to call it) is like my mini Cougar, what it lacks in power it makes up in gas mileage.

I went ahead and did some work on the headlight last night...I had some work to do on the bumper anyways so I went ahead and took the lights apart while I was at it and painted part of the internals.
It was a lot of work for such a small detail, but I had time to spare so I didn't mind.
BTW, that's what 450,000 miles looks like on paint...I'm going to swap that hood out with a CF one from Garm somewhere down the line.

Thank you. I wanted to tie the headlights in somehow, I even contemplated masking and smoking the section I painted from the top side but the amount of time it would have taken to make them both perfect would have been overboard. I couldn't get myself to smoke them completely because I don't want to lose any power from the headlights(I drive at night a lot). It took a fair amount of time to do it right, but I think it was just enough to make them(headlights) not stick out like a sore thumb, and bring the black theme all the way through...I'm pretty happy with it.
