Looks good, but still does not seem all that low.

Did you pay the dealership? And how much did they charge?

at about 2" front and 1.5" rear...not slammed, but not stock by far

I wish I had a garage and the tools so I can learn how to do it! Conversely, I wish I lived near you so I could pay you to do it. :P

I didnt think it was that low.
Angela (wildmongoose26) my fiances car is lower that on just springs. Just dont see the point of some nice coilovers for a very mild drop.

I have coilovers on my focus, and I have them for the sheer purpose of being lower, with a stiffer ride, so I can be lower to the ground, reducing my fender gap, and not rubbing with the higher spring rate, and stiffer damper.

So yes, I have coilovers, and she will also have coilovers in the next week as well.
Just saying "moar lower" for basically adding the weight of one heavy person in the car doesnt seem like much.

look, i started arguing, but i don't really get why...

sure, i didn't slam my car - - actually the rear is as high as it goes and im still 1.5" lower than stock

but i didnt go for slammed this year. i wanted a nice drop but w/ the adjustable dampening and cooperation of a coilover setup vs springs and stock shocks....

i had the front jacked up to remove the coilovers for the winter, but i couldnt get the top but off the strut w/ the tools i had. since the ride height in the front was bugging me since i put in the coilovers, i decided to lower it to where i wanted it.....thought id share the pics

as for the racing comment, i auto-x intermittently and if i was much lower id rub on a hard bump...and i don't want that

*sigh* im tired
