Bayou Blue Metallic Paint (8T1) in Canada?

I need to do some touch-up paints on my Vitz. The problem is I couldn't find the place that sells Bayou Blue Metallic aerosol in Canada. Canadian Toyota dealers that I've talked to only carry touch up pens. The last time I ordered paints from the states, I had to pay a hefty amount of taxes, brokerage fee, and custom fees.

Any suggestions? Your help will be greatly appreciated.
