Recieved an offer for $750 cash back or 0.0% from Toyota in the mail today for a 2010 Yaris. Didn't bother reading the fine print. Not sure if this is a local offer or nation wide.

Ya, I went with the $750 cash back and I got the dealer to knock an extra couple hundred off as well as throw in some free extras.

The dealer will work with you and figure out the best deal.. If you're putting a lot of money down and are going for a short term loan, then the $750 cash back will definitely be the better bargain..
