Hi all,

I have bought my Yaris last year May. Recently heard some rumor saying that warranty will be voided if maintenance is not done on schedule. Is that true?

If yes, how much is it for a maintenance for the 15000 miles.? is it necessary to do it at the dealer I purchased my yaris? Any suggestion about a service provider who's price is acceptable and can keep the warranty effective?

Please....I am close to 15000 now....

If you don't maintain your car to factory recommendations, and you have an engine/trans failure, the factory and/or extended warranty company can deny you coverage. You must maintain your car if you expect the factory to warranty it. You can do the work yourself. Be sure to keep all receipts for oil, filters, etc. And keep a log to go along with the receipts. You do not have to use your selling dealer, or any dealer at all. I hope you've had a least 2 oil changes already.:iono:
