Are there any websites that can identify a cars trim level from the VIN number? Thanks for all info in advance!

The Toyota EPC can determine more information about the car via a database of features by VIN, but I haven't seen any online decoders that can show this level of detail. Here is the EPC output of the same VIN as above:

That doesn't seem to be a valid VIN. The M would indicate that it was built in Thailand, but the Y, 0, 5 and 4 are all off.
