Lurker and first time poster here.

My local Toyota dealership has a certified 2010 Yaris Sedan for sale for $12,999.

It has the following characteristics:
-power package
-36k miles
-former rental

Is this a good deal or can I do better?

While the car is generally clean, I am concerned about the possible abuse during its previous life as a rental.
