As you are in the Phillipines I can only assume that the vehicle arrived by ship. In that case I most certainly would take the time to do a good wash followed by claying. The claying process does induce some micro-marring so I would do a polish then finish with a wax/sealant.

Power wash, clay bar, polish and wax. The car need to have the paint free os contaminants to ensure longevity of your vehicles paint gloss and good apearance

Absolutely essential before polishing, then waxing.
Even though the car may be new, it may also have been sitting on docks and in storage for months before even reaching the dealer, collecting rail dail, metal filings in the paint work, etc.
