Help needed with auto window

Hello i have a 2008 toyota vitz ( yaris hatchback) my driver side window keeps opening about 2 inches when i send it up using the automode, if i use manual it stays up, but auto it closes then opens. Can anyone help me?

Hi how are you doing, I had the same issue. Turn the ignition on, roll the window right up and hold the auto button up for about 5 secs. Should initialize it. :)
