Valet key

My 3dr LB did NOT come with a"Valet" key as specified in the manual.

Dealer says this is normal, since the LB has no trunk.

Shouldn't I have received one, since the books say I should've?

My 09 LB came with one. I received two black topped keys and one grey topped one (the valet key) with mine.

my 2011 LB came with one. although i think it's pretty useless since i have an alarm on it and there are no locks on any of the glove compartments. but still comforting to have it.

Same here, but mine's a '10.

Yup, you should have gotten one. They probably lost it and didn't want to spend the $$ to replace it. I'd go back and ask for one.

Thanks gang, I'm not so interested for valet parking (don't frequent that type of establishment often) but more so for service and to give to another family member as an emergency key.

The car was a dealer trade, and I'm thinking it was done in haste and all the goodies didn't follow the car.

Will locate it somehow.

Strange, I never got a gray topped key. Instead, I got three black topped keys. The dealership told me that the car doesn't come with a valet key. But I don't care, three keys are more than enough.
