can not start

i am having a problem starting the car,the remote does not work,push button green light does not appear,please help

Can you give more information? I assume this is a push button/start vehicle?

Did you try holding the remote with crest to button by the start button for five seconds, wait for green light then try starting? Don't you have a second remote that you can try? Sounds like the remote battery is dead
