Getting a Yaris LB...

If all goes well with my new job I will be getting a 2007 Yaris LB. My new job will require me to travel a lot and the Yaris at 40 mpg on the highway is just what I am looking for. There is a Meteorite 5sp at my local Yota dealership. It is bare bones with the Liftback Convenience Package M/T. The sale price was 11,750 this month. Being that it will be a commuter car I won't be doing any horsepower mods. However, I do plan on some suspension and wheel upgrades. I test drove a Hyundai Accent hatch, Nissan Sentra, and the Yaris. The Yaris was by far the funnest to drive. I was surprised how much head room is has and it was peppy for 106hp (?)

good luck, and remember, the 40 mpg is achieved by driving 60 - 65 mph and no faster. i was able to touch 50 mpg by driving 55 mph straight. but then, it dropped to mid 40's (i started mixing in city driving by this time)
